Port and logistics staff
Need extra hands? We'll roll up our sleeves!
Since 1995 in Rotterdam.
About us
Since 1995, Hartman Employment Agency has been helping people find work in ports, logistics, freight forwarding, warehouses, and loading/unloading operations. Whether it's unloading and emptying sea containers, stacking general cargo and boxes, unloading bales, or all kinds of forklift work with reach trucks and stackers – we ensure that companies get exactly the people they need.
We work with short lines of communication and are deployable 24/7, by arrangement. This means you get clarity quickly and can trust in good planning. You'll know exactly what's expected of you beforehand, so you never face surprises.
The atmosphere at Hartman is no-nonsense and direct. We believe in getting things done, helping each other, and working together to get the job completed. Many people have been working through us for years, precisely because they feel at home here and know that agreements are honored.
Whether you're looking for fixed hours or prefer flexible work: at Hartman you'll find assignments that fit your situation. We not only build long-term relationships with companies, but also with you as an employee.
Do you prefer the world of live entertainment over ports and logistics? Then discover our sister company Hartman Local Crew (opens in a new window) and work on the biggest concerts!
